Local Officers Compensation Commission
5 Year Term-Meets even years at City Hall
The Commission shall consist of five members who are regulated electors of the City, appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of the members elected and serving on the Legislative body. The terms of office shall be five years.
Purpose as Defined In Enabling Statute/Ordinance/Resolution
The LOCC is created to determine the salaries of all local elected officials.
