Chart a course for South Haven, one of Yachting Magazine's top 10 best yachting towns in the world. We offer seasonal and transient dockage just inside the pier heads from Lake Michigan. Beaches, museums, unique shopping, scenic walkways with beautiful vistas, bike paths and seasonal festivals are a stone’s throw from our facilities. Over twenty restaurants, a vibrant nightlife and more are within easy walking distance of our facilities. 

South Haven, Michigan is recognized as a major recreational port accommodating boating enthusiasts from the region and surrounding states. There are four (4) municipal marinas with 229 boating slips available for either seasonal or transient boaters. The marinas are known as Northside Marina, Southside Marina, Black River Park, and Maritime Docks, each tailored to a different experience. The slips are from 30 feet to 60 feet with broadside dockage. 30 amp electric is available on all slips with 50-amp electric available in some slips.

Boating Season is from April 15th through October 15th. Electrical service, water, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, complimentary bikes, party decks and more are included with the cost of slip rental.  Bring your fresh catch to one of our complimentary fish cleaning station after your fishing adventure. Pleasant and well-trained staff are more than willing to help make your stay the best possible experience.

South Haven Municipal Marina slip reservations for the upcoming season can now be made online through the Michigan DNR Harbor Reservations Page or by phone at (800) 44-PARKS. Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance of your stay. So reserve your slip now to experience one of the world’s best harbor and beach towns, a hidden gem on the sandy shore of Lake Michigan.
